After making the booking and complete payment, we will send you the Hotel Voucher. Vouchers that have been sent to your email is final, can not be canceled or changed without prior approval from the hotel. Prices shown on the voucher is the final price including VAT, applies to room rates only on the date written on the voucher.

Vouchers that have been sent does not include payments for facilities such as: shuttle to the airport, extra bed, mini bar, restaurant, rental car and an extension of time to stay. Unless the hotel provides special policies or promotions. Breakfast to follow generally accepted standards in the hotel, which is generally already included in the price.

Payment hotel vouchers is performed by the Belitung Holiday Network, while the payment of additional items such as shuttle to the airport, extra bed, mini bar, restaurant, rental vehicles and the extention night will be charged directy by the hotel according to the price charged by the hotel that could have been different from the price of the voucher.

Customers will be given access and allowed to perform cross-checks on the validity of the voucher and room availability directly to the hotel. All forms information will be obtained directly from the hotel could not change the price and scope that is listed in the Voucher.

Although the hotel booking database already integrated with our system, the difference in status information on the hotel room could have happened. If something goes wrong information on hotel room availability for your booking, then our party Belitung Holiday Network will find alternative to hotel rooms or equivalent.

If the alternative rooms available fare is more expensive, the customer must pay the difference in price based on list prices prevailing in www.belitung.net. If the alternative rooms is cheaper alternative than the voucher value of the Belitung Holiday Network will refund the difference. If the replacement room was not available then, the Belitung Holiday Network will refund payment in full without discount and voucher we declare null and void.

Belitung Holiday Network, will seek the maximum effort to avoid incidents such as point no.6 above. If it can not be avoided, other losses incurred as a result of events such as point no.6 above, such as the cost of tickets, transportation and all other forms of loss, NOT included in the mortgage Belitung Holiday Network. Limits dependents maximum loss is as mentioned in point no.6 above.

Any customers who do on-line booking hotel in Belitung through the Belitung Holiday Network at www.belitung.net considered to agree with all the provisions as written in these pages.
